My journey

My path to leadership coaching and media training was anything but linear.

I started out studying breast cancer in a research lab, then transitioned to strategy consulting while moonlighting as a professional dancer and producer. Communications consultancy and coaching was a natural evolution after deep diving into the challenges of CAC 40 enterprises and scale-ups with major impact.

Through every pivot, one thing stayed constant: my obsession with helping people express their brilliance, which inspired their teams to take action.

My approach is a fusion of executive coaching, corporate communications, and performing arts. It's both introspective and actionable, because I believe real transformation happens when insight meets implementation.
